2. Orders & Acceptance

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

  • Limit quantities per customer, household or order

  • Cancel orders suspected of resale, automated purchasing, or fraudulent activity

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

3. Pricing & Errors

Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and pricing are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.

If a pricing or listing error is identified after you place an order, we reserve the right to:

  • Cancel the order and issue a full refund

  • Contact you to confirm the correct price before proceeding

4. Product Availability & Allocation

Trading card products, including booster boxes and limited releases, may be subject to allocation from suppliers.

In the event of supplier allocation or stock shortages, we may:

  • Reduce order quantities

  • Cancel affected orders and issue refunds

We will communicate transparently if this occurs.

5. Sealed Products & Collectibles

Due to the nature of trading cards and sealed collectibles:

  • We do not guarantee specific pulls, contents, or outcomes from sealed products.

  • Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from final packaging.

  • Market values of trading cards and collectibles may fluctuate over time.

Purchases are made at the buyer’s discretion.

6. Singles & Graded Cards

For individual trading cards and graded cards:

  • Condition is assessed to the best of our ability.

  • Card images form part of the item description where provided.

  • Natural manufacturing variances (centering, print lines, minor factory imperfections) are not considered defects.

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, branding, logos and text, is the property of Demon Rage Gaming unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites.

Payment processing and hosting services are provided by third-party providers including Shopify.
