Demon Rage Gaming currently ships Australia-wide only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.


1. Dispatch Time

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

During peak periods (new releases, promotions or holiday seasons), dispatch times may extend slightly. If significant delays occur, we will notify affected customers.


2. Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via reputable Australian carriers.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size and destination.

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.


3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes (Australia)

After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro areas: 1–4 business days

  • Regional areas: 2–6 business days

These are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier performance and location.

Demon Rage Gaming is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, peak shipping periods, weather events or other circumstances outside our control.


4. Packaging & Protection

We understand the importance of condition when it comes to trading cards and collectibles.

All orders are carefully packed to ensure safe transit. This may include protective materials such as:

  • Card sleeves or top loaders (where applicable)

  • Protective wrap

  • Reinforced outer packaging

Our goal is to ensure your items arrive in the same condition they leave us.


5. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is:

  • Delayed beyond reasonable delivery timeframes

  • Marked as delivered but not received

  • Damaged in transit

Please contact us at sales@demonragegaming.com.au as soon as possible.

We will assist by lodging an investigation with the carrier where appropriate.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

Demon Rage Gaming is not responsible for parcels delayed or returned due to incorrect address information provided at the time of purchase.

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect details, additional shipping fees may apply.


7. Order Collection

We are an online-only retailer and do not currently offer in-person collection.


8. Future International Shipping

We may introduce international shipping in the future. Updates will be reflected on this page.
