At Demon Rage Gaming, we stand behind the products we sell and aim to make every order a smooth experience. Please read the following carefully before requesting a return.
Change of Mind
We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item:

Remains in original, sealed packaging

Is in the same condition it was sent

Includes proof of purchase
Due to the nature of trading cards and collectibles, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened booster packs, boxes, tins, or sealed products

Trading card singles

Graded cards

Live break purchases

Gift cards
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.

We will assess the issue promptly and arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
If a product has a major fault, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If the fault is minor, we may offer repair, replacement, or store credit as appropriate.
Refund Processing
Once a return is approved and received, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
